Command line parameters:

Since version 0.82 some command lines parameters are supported.
Syntax:  GUI_DVDauthor "videofile", "audiofile1", "audiofile2", "audiofile3", /chapters="00:12:34.040,00:22:56.880" or /chapterfile="chapterfile.txt" /format="PAL" (or"NTSC") /usetitlesets="ON" or "OFF"
Mandatory is only the video file. All parameters have to be used with enclosing quotes: "
(thus there are no problems with blanks in file or path names), all file options (video file, audio file(s), chapter file) are with full path.  Chapter format is hh:mm:ss.msec (file as well as directly over command line).
If /format is not given, the default in GFD is used.
If /usetitlesets is not given, the default in GFD is used.
GFD starts then with a "pre-filled" Video + Audio files dialog.  The Button is created at position x=80, y=100 (can be repositioned).
