What To Do If Things Go Wrong

If you have made a big mistake, do not worry.  PgcEdit has a comprehensive system of backups in place which can assist you in getting right back to the original rip, if necessary.  So you should always accept PgcEdit’s recommendations regarding backups or you may not be able to successfully restore the original rip.

All the required information is contained here.  In summary:

·         Ensure the backup system is on: see Options → Input/Output → Create backup when a DVD is opened for the first time (this is the default)

·         Restore your current backup first (Ctrl + Alt + b).  When asked if you want to move VOBs back, answer Yes.

·         If this doesn’t work, restore an incremental backup (Ctrl + Alt + n)
